About Mosaic

A mosaic is a work of art created from many individual pieces -- small misshapen fragments of glass, stone, or tile that on their own may seem ordinary, broken, or disconnected. Yet when these pieces are placed together with care and intention, they form a meaningful, beautiful work of art. No single piece tells the whole story, but each one plays an important role in the larger picture.

The name Mosaic Mind Counseling reflects how I understand the human experience. Each person carries many pieces that shape who they are, including memories, emotions, identities, relationships, and the ways they have learned to survive and grow.

For many people navigating trauma, dissociation, identity exploration, or intense emotional experiences, these pieces can sometimes feel scattered, conflicting, or difficult to understand. Therapy offers a space to gently explore these parts with compassion and curiosity. Just like a mosaic, the goal isn't to erase the pieces, but to understand how they come together to create a fuller picture of who you are and support healing, connection, and self-understanding.
