You don't have to be in crisis for therapy to be helpful. Many people seek therapy when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or want support navigating life changes. Therapy can also be a space for self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. If something in your life feels difficult to carry alone, therapy may be a helpful place to start.
My standard fee is $120 per 50-minute session. I believe therapy should be accessible, and I may offer adjusted rates depending on individual circumstances and availability.
At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide documentation (often called a superbill) that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
If you have questions about the fees or payment options, please feel free to reach out.
Therapy can support a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Some of the concerns I commonly work with include anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociation, identity exploration, relationship challenges, behavioral change, and stress. I also support people navigating minority stress, questions around sexuality or identity, religious trauma, and the impact of systems or environments that can make it difficult to feel safe, seen, or supported.
You can reach out through the contact form, email, or phone. I typically respond within 1-2 business days. From there we can schedule an initial consultation to talk about what's bringing you to therapy and determine whether we're a good fit.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, your goals, and any background that feels relevant and safe to share.
There's no pressure or expectations and you are welcome to share at your own pace. We'll also review confidentiality and answer any questions or concerns you may have about the therapy process.
